The Book of Joseph, Chapter 2,018

                        I. The clouds above the hills of Hakarimata,

beside the village of Wahia Nga Rua parted

                              and Saint Joseph looked down.

II. “I am well pleased with what they have

achieved.” saith Saint Joseph quietly to

himself, “The seed has taken good root.”

III. He marvelled at the folk who had striven to

realise and keep alight his dream through

the good times and the struggles.

IV. “When those who have striven valiantly to

keep my dream alive are called away, I will

welcome them with open arms and with

                              joyful heart.”

                        V. “And I shall say unto them ‘Well done my

                              good and faithful footballers. Welcome

                              home.”

VI. “I shall show them the vision of football’s

future at the meeting of the waters, and they

shall see it, and their hearts will swell and

                              they shall be glad.”

                                                                                                                563
