When Liverpool Manager Bob Paisley retired in 1983, his assistant Joe Fagan took over, winning a treble of League,
European Cup and League Cup in his first season. He again guided Liverpool to a European Cup Final, but the match was
overshadowed by the Heysel stadium disaster, and he retired soon after.
