I
nterschool Tabloids Field Day held on Huntly Domain.
F
orms 1 and 2 pupils began a weeks school camp together
with pupils of Ruawaro School at Oparau. Messrs Garland and
Couch accompanied the group and the Principal attended the first
and last two days. Theinteraction between the two schools was
very pleasing. Parent helpers from Kimihia included Mr &
Mrs A.Horrox, Mr & Mrs T.Hunt, Mrs Couch and Mrs Peden.

Annual street stall by PTA raised $250.
The PTA sponsored a parents social outing to the Waikato
Motor Hotel. 75 attended.
Plans for the proposed adventure playground are well in hand with
plans and specifications approved by the S.A.E.B.
Mr Flowerday and Mr Malone erected a volley board between
the courts. $258 was raised in a Buy-a-Block raffle to finance
